November began with the Polish Institute organizing a culinary festival of Visegrad countries. Four chefs were especially flown in from Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia, and they offered an authentic feast of Central European cuisine at Eros Hotel managed by Hilton, Nehru Place. A particular highlight was the participation of chef Robert Trzopek from Tamka 43 restaurant, Warsaw. His specialty – molecular cuisine – was enjoyed greatly by Delhiites from October 31-November 10. The event received good reviews from the press and food critics alike.
