/About Exhibition/

‘Space’ appears as a relationship between objects and can be experienced on multiple levels – physical, emotional and intellectual. Space is thus defined through the process of its interiorization, constituting by man, inhabiting, familiarizing, creating territory, and determining it with both geometric coordinates as well as with spiritual-cum-emotional spheres.

The Polish Institute New Delhi is pleased to extend its patronage to “Types of Spaces” – an exhibition that explores the ‘diversity of visions concerning the space’ – one of the most important aspects of didactics and creation process at the Faculty of Interior Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. This is an interdisciplinary presentation showing a wide spectrum of statements from various fields of art such as painting, sculpture, photography, digital graphics, drawing, documentation of performative activities.
